Kevin D. Micale, Esq.

Kevin D. Micale began his practice at a New Orleans-based environmental law firm where he focused on complex civil litigation, including environmental pollution, land contamination, and toxic exposure claims against the largest corporations and employers in the oil and gas industry.
Kevin obtained his Juris Doctorate at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During law school, Kevin served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Public Interest Law and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Upon graduating from law school, Kevin was awarded the Loyola Alumni Outstanding Graduate Award.
Prior to law school, Kevin attended Auburn University and worked as a consultant for Accenture in the areas of software development, application architecture, and technical project management. While working for Accenture, Kevin obtained his MBA from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Thereafter, Kevin owned and operated a successful relocation, storage and installation business in Sarasota and was named to the Gulf Coast Business Review’s “40 Under 40.”
Since returning to Sarasota, Kevin's law practice has focused on contract law, commercial and business litigation, commercial and residential construction law, condominium/homeowner association law, and other civil litigation matters.
Kevin and his wife, Megan, have two young boys, Luke (11) and Carter (9), and a dog, Max. In his free time, Kevin enjoys running, tennis, golf, live music, and spending time with his friends and family, and is an avid fan of Auburn University football and basketball.
